One of the best Gothic/Death Metal acts to come along in years, the Netherlands' own After Forever is gaining worldwide attention with each new release since their first demo back in 99'. There is a good blend of ethereal/operatic female vocals provided by Floor Jansen, and growling death-style male vocals from Sander Gommans. Their style of music is not dissimilar to bands such as early Within Temptation, Elis, Sirenia, and Tristania.
