Elis is a Gothic Metal band out of Germany. They use a combination of angelic female vocals and growling male vocals; providing a complimentary beauty and the beast effect. Their first album, Twilight, was actually released under the name Erben der Schopfung, which was subsequentely changed to Elis for their second release. Their latest album, Dark Clouds in a Perfect Sky, proves that they are here to stay.
