NEW Official CD!!!

After the release of the bootleg/pirate "Rainy Days" CD earlier in the year (see story below), Terry Ilous released an official collection of studio demos out of her personal vault. This is an outstanding CD from the first track all the way to track 18. Terry states in the liner notes that he was unsure whether he should release the CD or not, but I'm sure glad that he did. There are some absolutely fantastic tracks on this CD, some of which have been remixed or re-mastered. I'm actually shocked that some of these versions never made it onto one of the first two CDs.

These songs are NOT available on the site. If you want to hear these tracks, you must go to the official XYZ site and buy the CD. Terry was nice enough to send a copy personally signed to me! You rock dude! Thank you for everything.

Bootleg

Ah, an interesting item here, "Rainy Days" is a collection of Studio Demos from the pre-debut "XYZ" era, recorded in 1984 and 1985. Terry Ilous, lead singer of XYZ, informed me during a telephone conversation that this particular little nugget is actually a bootleg. Ex-XYZ guitar player Bobby Pieper released this CD without proper consent from Terry, who co-wrote all of the songs on the CD. After talking with Terry about this CD, we agreed that is should not be represented on the site; therefore, I have removed it. Maybe one day things will get worked out and this CD will be properly released; we can only hope.

Outstanding 80s Hard Rock/Hair Metal band out of Los Angels, CA. XYZ released the album "Letter to God" in 2003, which you can purchase directly from their official web site along with an official tour t-shirt.
